- How do minutes work?
- A minute is a minute of conversation. Most single-location businesses use 300 to 500 a month. We will tell you which plan fits after looking at your call volume, and we will move you down a plan if you are paying for minutes you do not use.
- What if I go over?
- $0.32 a minute, billed with the next invoice. We flag it before it becomes a surprise, and if it happens twice we move you up a plan instead.
- Is there a setup fee?
- No.
- How long does setup take?
- Days, not weeks. We build from your website and a short conversation, you hear it and approve it, then it goes live.
- Can I try it first?
- Yes. A two-week pilot, free, on a number that is not your main line. If it is not better than what you have now, walk away.
- Does it replace my staff?
- No. It answers the calls your staff cannot get to, after hours and during a rush. The point is that fewer callers hang up.
